Frequently Asked Questions
Can I reschedule my session?
Yes, we allow clients to reschedule, as long as it is at least 72 hours before your start time. Please note this is subject to availability.
What happens if I need to cancel?
Cancellations are non-refundable. If we cancel, you are refunded in full.
I'm arriving late, does this change my session?
Your rental or photography session begins and ends at the scheduled times listed on your booking confirmation.
Studio Rentals: If you need additional time, please select the appropriate add-on before checkout. Any time used beyond your scheduled rental period will result in additional overtime charges to the card on file.
Photography Sessions: All sessions begin and end at their scheduled times, regardless of your arrival time. Arriving late does not extend your session, and any time lost due to late arrival will not be added to the end of your booking.
What is included in my booking?
Studio Rentals: Includes access to our available lighting equipment, seating options, and Bluetooth speaker. Renters are welcome to use these amenities during their scheduled rental period at no additional cost.
Photography Sessions: Includes professional photography, outfit changes, and professionally edited digital images. The number of outfit changes and edited images included will vary depending on the photography package selected at booking. Please review your package details to see what is included in your session.
What backdrop colors are available?
We offer several backdrop colors, each studio rental comes with our standard white backdrop however you may pay an additional $10 for a backdrop change.
Colors: Black, Grey, Beige, Mocha Brown, Sky Blue, Red, Pink
Holiday Sets: Fall, Christmas, Easter, Valentine's Day
How many people can the studio accommodate?
Photography Sessions: We recommend a maximum of 8 people per session to ensure everyone has enough space and a comfortable experience. If your group exceeds 8 people, please contact us in advance so we can discuss accommodations.
Event Rentals: Our event space can accommodate up to 30 guests seated with tables and chairs, making it ideal for intimate celebrations, workshops, and small gatherings.
Standing Capacity: For standing-room events, please contact us to confirm the maximum capacity based on your event setup and space requirements.
Are pets allowed at photo sessions?
Yes! Pets are welcome during our photography sessions. However, you must select the pet add-on during guest information.
